Simple, transparent membership pricing designed to provide accessible, relationship-based pediatric care for growing families.

  • 4th Trimester

    $1800

    Designed for families welcoming a new baby. Includes:

    Home visits from birth until 12 weeks of age

    Lactation and feeding guidance

    Growth and developmental monitoring

    Direct communication access

    Coordination of care as needed

    At 12 weeks of age, families may transition to monthly membership.

  • Infant-2 years old

    $300/month

    Membership Includes:

    All well-child visits

    Sick visits

    Same or next-day appointments (when available)

    Direct phone, text, and email access

    Developmental screening

    Basic in-office labs

    Ongoing guidance for sleep, nutrition, behavior, and growth

    $200/month

  • Comprehensive Well Visit/Sports Physical-Non-Member

    $350

    One time visit only

    Any Necessary school/sports forms completed

    $400

    Includes evaluation and testing (when indicated). Outside lab services not included.

    Availability is limited to ensure priority access for member families.

    Membership prices are for families within a 25 minute driving distance.

    We offer a $575 maximum monthly membership per family

    Vaccines- Vaccinations are an important part of pediatric care. We are currently structuring vaccine access with the goal of reducing out-of-pocket costs while maintaining the personalized care experience within our practice.
