  • 4th Trimester

    $1800

    Designed for families welcoming a new baby. Includes:

    Home visits until 3 months of age

    Lactation and feeding guidance

    Growth and developmental monitoring

    Direct communication access

    Coordination of care as needed

    After 4 months, families transition to monthly membership.

    $250/month

    Membership Includes:

    Same or next-day appointments (when available)

    Direct phone, text, and email access

    Developmental screening

    Basic in-office labs

  • Comprehensive Well Visit/Sports Physical-Non-Member

    $350

    One time visit only

    Any Necessary school/sports forms completed

  • Sick Visit Non-Member

    $400

    Includes evaluation, in-office testing (when indicated), and follow-up related to the same illness.

    Availability is limited to ensure priority access for member families.

    Vaccines- Vaccinations are an important part of pediatric care. We are currently structuring vaccine access through a trusted local pharmacy using your child’s insurance to help reduce out-of-pocket costs while maintaining the personalized care experience within our practice.
